TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Last updated 15th September 2022
CONTRACT
Orders can be placed directly via the shop at www.acupfullofcreations.co.uk or via my online store at Etsy.
When ordering direct via my website or email your enquiry/order will be acknowledged via e-mail, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created, and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
DESCRIPTION, PRICE AND ARTWORK APPROVAL
The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on my online shop and Etsy store at the time you place your order. Prices for one-off designs/custom orders will be calculated accordingly and details provided by email. All prices including delivery costs will be confirmed via email following the initial customer enquiry.
You will receive an image of the completed artwork to approve prior to your order being dispatched. It is imperative that the approval image is checked to ensure that all details are correct. If any changes are required, this should be communicated to me, and I will send a new image showing the changes as requested. Once the image has been approved the word art will be printed, if required framed, then wrapped and prepared for dispatch on the next working postal day.
